Today we started the enforcement of browser updates again. This means that your browser must meet these requirements:
Chrome version 67 or higher
Internet Explorer 11
Tor version 7.5.6 or higher
Firefox version 60 or higher
Yandex version 18.7.0 or higher
Brave version 0.23 or higher
Opera version 54 or higher
Edge 17 (which is still Chromium 64 under the hood)
In other words, all Chromium variants (eg. Opera) must have at least version 67. In the near future we will enforce version 68.
As of next year, we will use our own time registration system. This means that some changes will occur:
Per race we start a race clock. This is done online(website) and offline (laptop/old fashioned stopwatch). You will be able to consult the race clock during the race on our website
Race numbers must be worn in front!!!
When you are passing the finish zone we will register your lap time or finishing time (1/100th). This also happens offline (paper) as well as digitally (PC) and online (website)
You can follow all results live on our website
The race clock stops when the last finisher of that race passed the finish line
The race clock on the website is the official race clock. If we encounter problems we can always fall back to our laptop race clock, which started simultaneously. As last resort we will use the stopwatch to register lap times and finishing times.
We are still investigating if we will make use of images as an extra validation of the lap/finishing times.
