The organization couldn't be better. I like those small-scale competitions where everyone talks to everyone. And the hot soup has never tasted so good. On to the next.
Friendly volunteers, nice race track, beers!, everything in fact. I'm already looking forward to the next top organization! If I have to say something: I'm missing some candy at the refreshment zone. And next time I'll check the showers.
I really enjoyed the race. A small but very fast track. Unfortunately I got hurt, so I could only train for 6 weeks. I went for 88 km, but I wasn't in shape enough for this and the stomach problems didn't help. So I decided to stop so I was not going to ruin the rest of the season. I hope to be able to come back and break the national Portuguese record on the 100 km. A big hug and congratulations to the organization.
First and foremost a big thank you for the organization. There aren't many ultras to be found these days so this one (not too far from the door) was enjoyable. Unfortunately I had to stop early due to wearing the wrong shoe material, but you will definitely see me again next time completing the whole 6 hours!
Provisioning: generally I bring everything myself, so extra was extra :-)
Course: very nice loop, unfortunately my arch supports were a bit annoying due to the uneven surface on certain parts, but that's my problem, not yours :-)
Some music throughout the course would be a nice extra.
Price: more than worth the money! :-)
You work hard and will certainly get satisfaction from it. Because I am sure you want to do a lot of good for everyone around you. Kevin is a very energetic man and he should be able to radiate that, so that they see his real personality. To make the whole thing even more exceptional, you should provide at the end of the race that we can all eat together. A pre-arranged hour, just eat and talk. Close to the race course. This way, photos can be taken of a memorable moment in a relaxed atmosphere. Your race is really good, you work hard and professionally. And we see an impressive passion. Feel free to add more music, in different places. Anyway we can dream about it... Just keep doing what you're already doing.
Your organization was very good, the only thing I would improve is eg. the music could be a little louder. Place the tent, having the refreshments, in the sun (during winter), so that the helpers are slightly warmer. Be sure to mention before the start where the refreshments are located, as well as that there was still hot soup as now (very nice idea).

It was a well organized run yesterday in Hamme
Parking: more than enough, maybe you can hang some arrows to the event in the street itself (driegoten).
Course: very good, laps of 1.5 km are good. Very good underground, not bothered by cyclists on the track.
We thought it was strange that you already received your medal when you collected the bib number. The presentation of the podium was also a bit strange because there was not really a podium. We also didn't know, what to do when the whistle was blown. Maybe just before the start do a short briefing so everyone knows what to do when the whistle blows. I had run 600m extra on my watch compared to the result, so I think you counted very well. Possibly place a sign somewhere with the number of laps completed. Possibly turn up the music during the race, this creates more atmosphere. Very nice that the "ceremony" took place immediately after the race. Furthermore, it was a very nice and well-organized event, so there is a good chance that I will participate in your organizations in the future. Thumbs up for your volunteers. These are just minor points that I have listed, do not take this as criticism because you do this very well.
Congratulations for the good organization of the 6 hours and 3 hours run. My son and I will definitely visit you again.

It was the first time for me that I participated in a 6-hour run so I can't (fortunately) compare. I am very satisfied with the event and what you have achieved. Registration was possible until half an hour before the start. That is very pleasant for me as a participant, but I can imagine that it can present the organization with a challenge: you have to release someone (or more volunteers) for it and you cannot properly estimate in advance how many people will ultimately participate. The race track was fine. Nice and free, free of motorized traffic and the few cyclists who were there were not annoying. I made little use of drinking / eating during the race because I had my own drinking and eating with me. I did see that there were different types of drinks and snacks. Looked good!
Very nice that the volunteers during the run were willing to do something (putting energy balls from a large bag into a smaller bag) with my food while I ran the next round. Excellent mobile toilet! Delicious soup afterwards, also top arranged. The volunteers were nice, helpful and relaxed. I honestly wouldn't know what could or should be better. I read in last year's testimonials that people were also very satisfied. It's great that you managed to reach that level again this year! Thanks and good luck in March '23.
For my part, there was everything a six hour run should have. I read comments about not enough atmosphere... The runner and supporter can create the atmosphere themselves. Runners who want a lot of ambiance can go to Aalst carnival for that. One can never please everyone, and the response has been largely positive.
Only the ceremony was a mess, a podium would be nice. And standing on it would be nice too. Haha. Cool helpers. And the soup afterwards was good, thank you. And forgot to mention: a good beer. Mmmm.
Nice race. Nice area to run. I had some trouble finding the location. GPS sent me somewhere else. Fortunately, a cyclist had seen the event and directed me in the right direction. If it fits in my agenda, you will see me again in 2023. Big thanks to the people who organize this and sit in the cold for a few hours. Keep up the good work.

Top organisation! Beautiful almost billiard flat rounds, occasionally the wind had free play, luckily no rain. A small note: the refreshment zone was on the left side of the course, which is not very convenient for right-handers to grab something while running. Nothing but praise for the rest, congratulations.
Despite Corona you did a great job... Congratulations for being so attentive to the time registration. Supplies ok. Maybe hot soup for the last few hours. A big thank you to you. On to the next time.
Top! Because it's not easy to organize in times of corona. All the others cancel, but you are there every time!

I thought the organization of the competition was very good. Smooth communication, good accessibility, good race track. As far as I'm concerned, if the competition starts a little earlier, the award ceremony will not take place in the dark. Thank you for the beautiful medal, the delicious beer and the super nice trophy. See you next year.
Thank you for organizing this contest! It was the first time I ran this type of race. Organizationally everything seemed fine to me. Maybe put some more garbage collectors on the track. I hope there will be another winter challenge next year! You will certainly see me again for a revenge. A big thank you to the volunteers!
